What we process
When you send the form: name, email, optional organisation and your message (including fields from the pitch tool). The sole purpose is replying to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.
How it is sent
The form posts to a PHP script on our web host (Hostinger), which forwards the enquiry as email to our mailbox via the host’s mail system. The site has no database and the script does not log message contents.
IP address and abuse protection
To limit abuse (at most five attempts per 15 minutes) the script stores a pseudonymous hash of the domain and IP address plus a counter in a temporary file outside the public web area. The file is removed automatically after about 15 minutes. The web host may also keep technical server logs under its own terms.
Retention
Enquiries in our mailbox are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. We have not set a fixed number of months.
Local storage and cookies
We use no analytics, marketing or third-party cookies and no external fonts or media. Your cookie choice is stored in the browser’s localStorage under the key “wer-consent-v1”. You can change it via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Sensitive information
Do not send health information, CVs, national ID numbers or other sensitive data. The form has no file upload.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object by writing to us, and you can withdraw consent. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
